A great best friend and a set of twins that are inseparable and from a small town that goes to Las Vegas to start their business and to get out of the small town ways. Its a great story about a good ole doctor with a bad past he has had some terrible heartaches and when she finds out about who he really is she knows they are doomed especially when the ex is still really close...this man saves childrens lives, has rich parents and she is from a normal family from that small town...how could it ever work she says no way but the good ole doctor has met his match and he plans on keeping what he has finally found that is more than he ever expected to find in the bar of the Casino he has a room for the night from the conference he had to speak at!

Its a different style of what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas because they all live in Vegas its not just a fling that they flew in and had a one night stand they have to live with the one night stand within Vegas so yep its true it stays in Vegas. I loved it, If you like a hot steamy sex with some heartbreak filled within some witty banter and finding out how to handle that and to watch people find real love then you will love this book! Great writing, cant wait to read the next book about the best friend and thanks for wrapping this book up nice and neat and moving forward into the other characters lives in the next book Whipped!!! Loved it and first time reading from this author and wont be my last!

There aren't enough adjectives for me to describe just how fantastic this story is. Sebastian Donovan is a treat and the gift that keeps on giving. (I'd love to find him under my Christmas tree, but I don't think I could get it past that husband of mine. Oh well.) His family is just what the doctor ordered, (no pun intended! Read the book – it will make sense! LOL!), and I'm even extending an olive branch to Celene...just once though. Tate and Vi are proof that no one needs a huge family or dozens of friends to have a support network that will hold you up through anything. Love them both.

But, for me, it is Kacie Michaels who brings this story to life.

Kacie is no shrinking violet. She is young, intelligent, determined and focused. She has long term goals with her twin, Tate, to make their party planning business a success. Nothing is allowed to get in the way of that, especially the silly dreams of her mom for Kacie to settle down into the safety and protection of marriage. Is it 1950? Kacie's been “involved” before. It didn't work out. Life goes on. She's sure love, marriage and family will happen for her one day...but does she want it to? She is not fond of the person her mother is. She doesn't understand why she should set aside her life's passion and become an nonentity for the sake of home and family. She really isn't feeling it, and doesn't seem to have any problems settling for meaningless hookups. For now.

Her path shifts...just a bit, when she wakes up one morning. In a strange hotel. With a hot, naked man. Oh, and they're married!

Kacie can't remember the night before. Was she really that drunk? To marry a total, albeit, sexy stranger? Hmm...Do these things really happen? Well, it is Vegas!

I like Kacie because she's honest, especially with herself. She's used to conducting herself a certain way, and sees no reason to change simply because she married a magnificent specimen of maleness, who just happens to be a pediatric heart surgeon. However, Sebastian is so amazingly awesome, Kacie admits defeat to herself each time before she gives in – not after. (Take note literary heroines!) She also doesn't dissolve into a whining, sniffling mess at the drop of a hat. Even though she's dazed, confused...and hungover, she handles her first morning of “marital bliss” quite well. I would have needed paramedics...or another drink. She stands her ground with Sebastian without going all pyscho-feminist on him. She prepares for ending the marriage...while contemplating the marriage – very nice.

Kacie Michaels only let me down once – and that was the whole debacle that led to the abandoned red shoe. I felt she was stronger than that and there should have been a confrontation. HOWEVER, had she gone that route, she would not have had cause for that magnificent act of redemption, and I would not have been grinning and smacking my ! Way to go, Kacie!

“Hitched” is fun and fast paced, full of heart rendering sighs and belly laughing snarkiness, and a definite must-read!
First, let me say this I've read a few books by this duo. I've been impressed with all thus far.

I heard about this book through GoodReads and Facebook. Looking at the hype of this story, I gave it a look. I was impressed with the book cover (yes, I'm one to base a book on it's cover), and the book description was so interesting to me, that I decided to buy this book and read it.

I started this book yesterday, and quickly inhaled it, in an hour. I read fast, but this was the fastest I've ever read a book. This story line wasn't unique, but the twists and turns kept me engrossed with this story. The main and secondary characters were made real and believable. This author duo has the right kind of imagination with any given situation and making the story interesting and believable.

There were some moments within the story that made me sad, happy, angry ( wanting to b*tch slap the ex), laughing out loud, and wanting to throw my across the room, due to crazy reasons that one of the main characters for not wanting to go into the relationship. I was glad to see a HEA.

I felt the pace of the story was fast and steady. It flowed with ease. I was really impressed with the editing aspect. I found no problems. All the characters in this story is what made this a really great book for me. They were put into real life situations and they did make mistakes, naughty sex scenes, having fears come up due to their past.

I would also like to give props for the cover and the series title. It's in the story.

I want go into the story, due to readers having read the book description. All I can say is....Snarky, Sexy, and Surgeon. Use your imagination.....

I would recommend this book to all readers that love intrigue, naughty scenes, snarkiness, sexy characters, and HEA's. Buy this book, and you'll find that you made a great decision.

I'm off to read the next book in the series Whipped, coming out February 2, 2015.
